BLACKWOOD – A seminar in May at Camden County College will show teachers and staff members how to resolve issues with problem students and how to discipline them properly, as well as introduce them to tools to help them if a student is disrupting a class.

The Teaching and Learning Center will conduct the seminar about dealing with problem students from 3 to 4:30 p.m. May 1 in Room 352 of the Connector Building on the Blackwood campus. Dr. Jim Canonica and Jackie Tenuto of the Office of Student Life and Activities will lead the presentation and answer questions from attendees. The seminar is for teachers and staff members. No students will be permitted to attend.
The Teaching and Learning Center provides professional development for faculty and staff and works to educate them so they can communicate and help their students better and make the classroom a safer and more productive environment.
